Russell Jones Founder & CEO
Our Leadership
Russell Jones is the Founder and CEO of R.M. Jones Management Group. He possesses a B.S. in Education, an M.S. in Emergency Management and Homeland Security Administration, and an E.D.S. in Educational Leadership. His career service includes 28 years in public education, 21 years as an Arkansas Sheriff Deputy, and extensive training and certifications in FEMA, Cyber Law, and White Collar Crime. Mr. Jones is also a certififed instructor of First Aid CPR/AED.
Nico Gray Vice-President
Nico Gray, is a highly trained and sought after Protection Specialist who studied at Christian Brothers University. As a former Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar medical practice, he perfected the art of conversation and customer service. His career, which spans 20+ years, includes extensive enforcement and security experience in the public and private sectors, and both domestically and internationally. His vast training includes firearms, advanced tactics, active shooter engagement, and many others. Additionally, he is trained in Wrestling, Muy Thai and Kung Fu. an is an astute firearms instructor, Under his belt are numerous successful details for national and international organizations, events, celebrities, and high-profile executives. No matter the location, you will move with confidence knowing Nico is watching your Six!
